Effective date: October 6, 2026

Scope of These Terms

These Terms of Use apply to your use of the RISEUP Phoenix Trauma and Crisis Institute website and its educational resources, courses, communities, coaching, consulting, training, and related services.

Individual programs and purchases may have additional terms covering eligibility, access, payment, cancellation, participation, or licensing. Those terms will be presented with the applicable offer or agreement. If a general provision here conflicts with a specific provision for your purchase or service, the specific provision governs that matter, subject to applicable law.

Please review these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and the terms provided for your selected service.

Accounts and Participation

Please provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials private. Access is limited to the individuals covered by your purchase or enrollment. Couple, family, team, and organizational access follow the terms of the selected offer.

Children access programs through a parent or legal guardian’s account and participate in live activities with an accompanying adult. Enrollment and participation must follow the age, eligibility, supervision, and consent requirements of the particular program.

If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, contact [email protected].

Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

Institute-created courses, curriculum, frameworks, videos, publications, graphics, and other materials are owned by Krista Fee and/or RISEUP Phoenix Trauma and Crisis Institute. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Your purchase or enrollment provides permission to use the included materials for the purposes described in your offer. It does not transfer ownership of the Institute’s intellectual property.

Materials expressly provided for download may be downloaded and used within the permissions accompanying them. Other materials may not be copied, recorded, shared, resold, republished, or incorporated into another course or training without written permission.

Facilitator, organizational, and other licensed uses follow their specific written agreements. Participants retain ownership of their original contributions, subject to any separate publishing or licensing agreement they choose to enter.

Use with Artificial Intelligence

Institute course content and resources may not be uploaded, pasted, submitted, or otherwise provided to artificial intelligence tools or systems without prior written permission. This includes use for AI training or fine-tuning, summarization, rewriting, translation, analysis, content generation, or building searchable knowledge bases.

Permission to download a resource for personal use does not include permission to submit it to an AI system.

Any separately authorized use of a client-selected AI note-taking tool during private coaching is limited to that agreed session and does not authorize uploading course resources.

Community Conduct and Participant Privacy

Participants are expected to engage respectfully and protect one another’s privacy. Harassment, threats, discrimination, exploitation, and unauthorized solicitation are not permitted.

Do not share another participant’s personal story, identifying information, messages, images, or contributions outside the setting in which they were shared without their permission.

Participant replays are for viewing within the member area. Downloading, screen-recording, redistributing, or submitting those replays to AI tools is prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing.

Service Scope and Personal Responsibility

RISEUP Phoenix provides education, coaching, consulting, mentorship, training, community support, and related resources to support learning and practical application.

These services are not a substitute for medical care, mental-health treatment, legal advice, emergency services, or other licensed professional services. Participation does not establish a clinical treatment relationship.

You retain responsibility for your choices and for deciding how to apply what you learn within your circumstances, professional role, and scope of practice. Participation does not guarantee a particular personal, relationship, professional, or financial outcome.

If you or another person may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Continuing Education and Credentials

Eligible programs may offer continuing-education credit through our partnership with Grow By 1, an IACET Accredited Provider. Credit availability, completion requirements, and any associated credentials are identified for the specific program.

Enrollment or attendance alone does not guarantee credit. Participants must satisfy the stated requirements for the applicable learning event.

Participants are responsible for confirming whether their employer, licensing board, or professional organization accepts the offered credit. Course completion does not itself grant a professional license or permission to practice outside an individual’s qualifications or authorized scope.

Recording and Media Permissions

Recording, transcription, photography, and AI note-taking during sessions or events require advance authorization. Participants may not independently record other participants or introduce recording tools without permission.

Private coaching sessions are ordinarily unrecorded. A client-requested exception must be agreed upon beforehand, including agreement from other participants where applicable.

Selected group events may be recorded for member replay under the permissions communicated for that event. Identifiable children require authorization from a parent or legal guardian before inclusion in a recording.

Permission for a member replay does not authorize marketing or social-media use. Promotional use of identifiable participant images, voices, or recordings requires separate authorization.

Website Availability and Third-Party Services

Our website and programs may use third-party platforms for payments, live sessions, course access, and other functions. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies.

Technical interruptions, maintenance, or circumstances outside our control may temporarily affect access. Please contact [email protected] if you experience a problem so we can help identify the next step.

A temporary interruption does not change the access period or other commitments stated in your purchase agreement. Any arrangements needed to address a disruption will be considered under the applicable offer terms and law.

Questions, Concerns, and Disputes

If you have a concern about a purchase, service, or these Terms, please contact [email protected] with enough information for us to understand and respond.

We encourage a good-faith effort to resolve concerns directly. This invitation does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law or require you to miss a filing deadline.

Any dispute-resolution provisions in a separate agreement remain subject to that agreement and applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, practices, or applicable requirements. The effective date identifies the current version.

Updates do not automatically replace the agreed price, access period, or other specific commitments for an existing purchase. Any proposed change to an existing agreement will be handled under that agreement and applicable law, with additional notice or consent where required.
